Guang-Rong Elementary School Introduction
Guang-Rong Elementary School is a small elementary school located in the center of Yen-Cheng district, right next to the Yen-Cheng district office. It has been in existence for over fifty years.
The environment of Kuang Jung Elementary School is so beautiful that it is called the “forest elementary school” in the city. The programs here focus on development and enlightenment of humanity education. Currently, we have about four-hundred students. Each grade has two classes, and there are seventeen classes in total, including information, preliminary and resource classes.
The number of faculty is twenty-nine; three of them hold MA degrees, five have finished 40-credits of MA classes, and the rest hold BA degrees. They are all very professional and responsible teachers with complete training.
Most of the students’ parents are businesspeople. In the past, Yen-Cheng was the biggest commercial center in Kaohsiung and many people owned stores in this area. They handed on their business to their offspring. Though Yen-Cheng is no longer a commercial center, the parents are willing to stay here and let their children study in Guang-Rong Elementary School.
